Who we are
Smart Tour is a new Adventure Travel company, formed by a group of professional, active tour guides who have worked for many years in the Egyptian tourism industry. Our experiences have been in running and guiding tours all over Egypt as well as working with many travel agencies.
During our work, we have recognised that there can sometimes be a miscommunication with customers, leading to confusion and irritation between tourists and the agency. Of major concern for us is clarity and honesty during the booking process. We understand that when customers book a trip, they want to know what is, and what is not, included and often clients can find themselves facing expenses which they did not expect. We think this is unacceptable. With us you always know what is included in the price, and what additional cost you can expect.
The relationship between the tourist and the tour agency is very important to us. Our mission is to build a good relationship. We pledge to make our tour process honest from the beginning till the end, and we will offer the best we have to our customers to ensure our tours are successful, enjoyable and full of fun. We provide flexibility in our group sizes (4 to 30 persons) and schedule enough free time to allowing our customers to modify their tour experience to their liking.
